Vinny Shoreman Seminar – 2nd Nov – Newbury, BerksYes that’s right! The mind man himself is coming south again! Newbury Muay Thai in association with Lightfinder will be holding one of his now legendary mind coaching seminars on sunday 2nd Novemeber !

Its best described as “Seeking the best way you can be through thoughts and getting to know your strengths and over coming your limiting beliefs “

This is not a training session for you body! Its a work out for you mind, thoughts and goals!

Cost is £20 and will start at 2pm at our gym in Newbury, Berkshire.
