We are now adding another class – Thusdays at 7pm we are adding an MMA Fighters class between me and Jeremey. Great for strength, fitness and a must for all budding fighters..

Friday 6th Feb will be the gym night out in newbury. I have booked spaces at the Art of Siam in Newbury High Street for a set menu at £20 a head. RSVP if you want to come. PS: WAGS’s allowd

First Interclub will be on Sat 14th Feb  -  this is a no win, no loose – controlled contact event.  All students welcome to take part, please contact me if you will to take part.
