I Just watched this older fight and wanted to share it with you.. its Graham Parkinson Vs Bin Tyler – amazing fight. enjoy! This is one of my new fighters….Christian – Blue shorts - i’ve trained him hour after hour.. hard pad work, loads of road work, hours in sauna to sweat him down to weight. Road work, pain, blood, tears on both our parts and he only lasted 40 seconds… 3 months prep for 40 seconds…..its a hard game Join Now.. CLICK ME Well done to Christian yesterday, knocked him out in 40seconds…..OMG! Ok who’s putting their name forward for the 19th. There will be no Muay Thai classes from 20th returning on Tuesday 1st September! So this Thursday 20th will be last class for a week or so! Lots of things planned for when we get back in September! The gym is still open and the mma classes will still run! See you all soon! Liam On the 22nd aug Jeremy will be holding the next gym show! Our very own Christian Hall will be fighting for the club! Please come and shout him to victory! The new full size boxing ring is almost finished and the cage is almost done too! Exciting times at the gym!
