This is one of my new fighters….Christian – Blue shorts -

i’ve trained him hour after hour.. hard pad work, loads of road work, hours in sauna to sweat him down to weight. Road work, pain, blood, tears on both our parts and he only lasted 40 seconds…

3 months prep for 40 seconds…..its a hard game
