So the nights are getting darker and autumnal weather is upon us so why not use this time to get back to the gym and get fit! 

Remember we offer monthly membership to help cut down costs but we still offer pay as you go for people who wish to dip in and out.

Loads of cool events coming up so why not get involved.

Big well done to Tony & Steve for taking part in the inter club on sat. Both had hard fights but did themselves and the club proud.

As from Tueday 5th Jan 2010 the class price will increase to £7 per class and £10 for two on a Tuesday! This is our first prices increase in 9 years
